The cooling principle of an evaporative condenser is to use spray water to evaporate and absorb heat, cooling the refrigerant in the tube from a gaseous state to a liquid state. Compared with traditional air cooling, there have been significant improvements in noise control, water-saving control, and heat transfer efficiency. The vapor refrigerant enters the condenser coil through the compressor, and the external cooling water is pumped to the spray device above the condenser tube. The spray device evenly sprays the water onto the outer layer of the condenser coil, forming a water film and uniform water mist covering the outer layer of the condenser coil. The fan drives the air to flow, and the water sprayed outside the pipe is heated and evaporated, becoming gaseous. The fan drives the water vapor to flow through the water collector, and the moisture is recovered. The humid air is discharged to the outside of the equipment.
The main characteristics of evaporative condenser refrigeration work are concentrated in three aspects: 1. Space saving; 2. Low equipment operating costs; 3. Low energy consumption. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction to the characteristics of evaporative condensers as commonly used heat transfer equipment.
1. Excellent heat exchange performance. The steam condenser utilizes the technology of combining coils and packing for secondary heat exchange in the same direction as air and water. As air and spray water flow through the coils in the same direction, the spray water can cover the surface of the coils to the max. extent possible, ensuring that the coil surface is completely moist. Compared to the structure with reverse feng shui, it effectively avoids the formation of dry spots and scaling on the coil wall, achieving efficient heat transfer.
2. Low failure rate. Both the fan and water pump are equipped with high-quality bearings, and there are no other worn-out operating components. The fan adopts a direct connection structure, without the transmission loss caused by the pulley structure. Low noise, low failure rate, and easy-to-clean inclined water collection tank. The structural design of tilting the bottom of the collection tank towards the sewage outlet and hanging the PVC filler heat exchange layer can easily remove sewage and impurities from the collection tank.
4. Low operating costs, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Due to the unique structural form of this product, it has high thermal performance, low condensation temperature, water-saving, energy-saving, low noise, and low maintenance costs.
5. Easy maintenance, achieving non-stop maintenance. Adopting a humanized structural design, with a large maintenance door and spacious interior space, maintenance personnel can easily carry out various maintenance work inside the product. In addition, the evaporative condenser can perform maintenance on the float valve and filter screen without shutting down. Due to the use of a Feng Shui co-directional design structure, the nozzle and coil can be easily inspected during equipment operation.
6. Easy transportation and installation. The evaporative condenser product adopts standard components of upper and lower boxes for transportation and on-site installation, which greatly facilitates the transportation and installation of the product.
