TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
Fangnuo's Fan:
Composition and materials: hot-dip galvanized steel for air drums, hot-dip galvanized steel for fan brackets, hot-dip galvanized steel for air outlet mesh, hot-dip galvanized steel for hubs or aluminum alloy, blade aluminum alloy and nylon; blade materials are optional: FRP, stainless steel 304 (diameter ≤900mm);
Fan assembly (motor + air drum + windmill) optional brands: Yashland, Mingxin, Qianchuan;
Fan motor: dedicated motor for fully sealed cooling tower, protection level IP55, insulation level F, temperature rise level B, power supply 380V × 3 phase × 50HZ. If there are additional requirements for the brand and form of the motor, it is non-standard;
The fan diameter is ≤2400mm usually uses direct transmission; 2400mm < fan diameter is ≤3600mm, and belt transmission is usually used; the fan diameter is >3600mm usually uses gear transmission.
Fan type:
(1) Classified by drive method
Axial flow fan (most commonly used): large air volume and moderate pressure head, suitable for large industrial cooling towers.
Centrifugal fan: high pressure head, low air volume, suitable for special working conditions (such as high resistance systems).
Cross-flow fan: mainly used for small cooling towers or closed cooling towers.
(2) Classification by material
Aluminum alloy fan: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, suitable for small and medium-sized cooling towers.
FRP fan: resistant to acid and alkali, rust, suitable for chemical and marine environments.
Carbon steel + anti-corrosion coating fan: low cost, but requires regular maintenance.
(3) Classified by adjustment method
Fixed speed fan: simple structure, but high energy consumption.
Frequency variable speed control fan (recommended): energy-saving and efficient, and can automatically adjust the speed with load.
Multi-speed motor fan: speed adjustment in batches, suitable for partial load regulation.

Economic analysis (initial cost + operation cost + maintenance cost)
The choice of cooling tower fan directly affects the energy efficiency and stability of the cooling tower. When selecting the model, air volume, material, energy saving, noise and other factors should be considered comprehensively, and the appropriate fan type should be selected based on the actual working conditions.
Frequency variable speed regulation and fiberglass (FRP) fans are the current mainstream trends, which can significantly improve operating efficiency and durability.
